Free vending machines for offices

Office teams lose real time to coffee runs and delivery apps. A stocked snack and beverage machine in the break room keeps people on site, and it costs your company nothing to install, stock, or maintain.

Placement costs your office building nothing. We own the machine, buy the inventory, and cover restocking and repairs on our own equipment. The conversation usually starts with the office manager or HR lead and ends with a fifteen-minute site walk.

Do I qualify?

Four questions. You get an honest answer before you give us any contact details.

Why office buildings bring a machine in

No cost to the company

We own the equipment, buy the inventory, and handle every service call. There is no lease, no deposit, and no line item on your facilities budget.

Fewer off-site breaks

When snacks and cold drinks are 30 seconds from a desk, employees stop leaving the building for them. Facilities teams consistently report shorter break cycles.

An amenity you can point to

Break room quality shows up in employee surveys and in tours for prospective hires. This is one of the cheapest amenities you can add, because it is free.

Cashless and modern

Card, tap, and mobile wallet on every machine. No coin jams, no petty cash, no one knocking on your door for change.

Office Buildings: common questions

How many employees do we need to qualify for a free vending machine?
As a general rule we look for at least 40 people on site during a normal workday. Offices below that can still qualify if the building has shared floors, visitor traffic, or extended hours. The fastest way to find out is the qualification form.
Who handles restocking and repairs?
We do, entirely. A route driver restocks on a set schedule and a technician handles any service call. Your team never touches inventory or maintenance.
Does our company pay for the machine or the product?
No. We purchase the equipment and the inventory. Your only contribution is the floor space and a standard outlet.
Can we choose what goes in the machine?
Yes. We build the planogram with you and adjust it based on what actually sells in your break room. Healthier-only setups are common.
