How long does vending machine installation take?
For a typical commercial location, expect seven to fourteen days from approval to a working machine. Here is what happens in that window and what tends to slow it down.

Step 1: Qualification, same day
You submit your venue type, traffic numbers, hours, and location. This is a fast yes or no. If a location does not qualify, we say so immediately rather than scheduling a visit to tell you later.
Step 2: Site walk, 1 to 3 days
We look at placement options, outlet locations, circuit load, delivery path, and clearances. This visit typically takes fifteen minutes and is where the actual machine configuration gets decided.
Step 3: Agreement and product selection, 1 to 3 days
You review the placement agreement and we build the initial planogram together. Product selection is the part most locations underuse, so bring preferences and any dietary or policy requirements.
Step 4: Delivery and installation, 3 to 7 days
Delivery, positioning, power-up, refrigeration stabilization, payment system activation, and the first full stock. The machine is live the same day it is delivered.
What causes delays
In order of frequency: multi-party approval on the customer side, no suitable outlet within reach of the placement location, delivery path obstructions like narrow doors or no elevator access, and corporate legal review of the agreement.
You can compress the timeline significantly by identifying your outlet and placement spot before the site walk and by knowing in advance who has to sign.
